Exploring New Business Scenes Through Innovative Design

Ocean Luo's inspiration for the Sinic Life Sales Center stemmed from the exploration of new business scenes. With a unique approach to design, Luo has successfully constructed a future life experience center where commercial, interest, and experience coexist. The designer's choice of materials, including Terrazzo, gradient glass, lego board, and wood finish, combined with the inclusive "white" and curve modelling, contributes to the project's uniqueness.

Located in the heart of Nanchang's lake plate, the Sinic Life Sales Center stands out with its white ultra-modern and simple aesthetics. The project, dubbed "Staring at the Starry Sky," offers a space filled with a futuristic sense for people in the busy city. The design's unique properties lie in its ability to open up an aesthetic space that is both modern and full of art fairy tale elements.

The realization of this design was achieved through the use of whole face plain white marble and metal. The rigid and flexible co-structure of the multi-curved space gives rise to scene reproduction under layers of rendering. The design interaction is such that the universe is turned into space, with people walking around, creating a sense of stepping on the moon god line. The absence of extra decoration in the whole space allows light and shadow to project infinite width in the limited space, providing a soul-shaking impression and experience.

The project, which started in May 2020 in Guangzhou and finished in September 2020 in Nanchang, posed several design challenges. The operation of the curve in space breaks the law of symmetry and regularity, and the soothing melody and gentle swing agree with each other, creating a dynamic and lively rhythm. Despite these challenges, Ocean Luo has managed to create a harmonious visual effect by skillfully setting many doors in a limited space, from curves to dots.

The Sinic Life Sales Center project was awarded Silver in A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2021. This prestigious award is given to top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that illustrate outstanding expertise and innovation. The award is a testament to Ocean Luo's exceptional design skills and innovative approach to creating commercial spaces that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing.
